Recognized via Royal Decree & USA Treaties.

Though the collective of Tribes which stemmed from our initial alliance have entered into more than 101 Treaties with the United States of America, majority of our members are not part of a Federally Recognized Tribe. We affirm our authority with the Treaty of Chicago. It is the only treaty that formally recognized us as a single authority, and the Treaty which was entered into by Chief Billy Caldwell, the ancestor of our current standing Chief Kevin Caldwell, aka Chief Kiel Mansa.
